FAQ

Lost my game progress?

Progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app, switching devices, or using Settings → Reset Progress will erase it. This app does not currently support iCloud sync.

How do I reset progress?

Main menu → Settings → Reset Progress. This clears all unlocked levels and best times and cannot be undone.

No sound / want to turn off music?

Open Settings and use the Music toggle for background music and the Music Volume slider to adjust volume. Music plays only during an active game session.

No vibration when hitting a wall?

Make sure Haptics is enabled in Settings, and check that haptic feedback is available in iOS Settings → Sounds & Haptics.

Can't find the latest level in the level list?

Returning to the main menu automatically scrolls to and selects your latest available level. At higher progress, the list shows only recent cleared levels plus a preview of the next locked level.

Game lagging or crashing?

Try: ① force-quit and reopen the app; ② restart your device; ③ update to the latest stable iOS version; ④ free up storage space. If the issue persists, email support with your device model and iOS version.
